I've been looking for some time now and I'm surprised this Feature is neither in SharePoint nor in an available plugin.

The only place where I found the Feature was Nintex.

FEATURE: Holiday replacement (automatically assign new Tasks to my delegate when I'm on Holidays)

Is there no solution whatsoever for this (I guess most every Company would Need it??)
